Eliminate Fuel Biocide

Rapidly eradicates microbial growth (Diesel "bug").

Such contamination can be found in fuel, fuel storage tanks, pumps and pipework.

Identifying Presence of "Bug" Symptoms;

• A black or brown sludge wrapped around fuel filters, resulting in regular fuel filter changes
• Strong odour from the fuel
• Poor engine performance
• Fuel discolouration causes of manifestation
• Water present within storage tank due to condensation build-up
• Bacteria growth occurs at interface of fuel and water: slime deposit is by-product of bacteria growth
• Contaminated tanks can also transmit "bug" to vehicles and plant equipment
• Increased usage and content of biofuels to diesel fuels. Diesel fuel with bio content is 4 times more likely to attract 'bug' growth than regular diesel fuel remedy

Recommendations;

• Dosage recommendation: to achieve a complete "mix", STRATUS ELIMINATE should be applied to the fuel, just prior to next delivery of fuel being discharged into tank
• Allow 24 hours for STRATUS ELIMINATE to take full effect
• Dosage may also be applied directly to vehicle/machinery storage tanks
• After treatment, provided tanks are correctly maintained and remain free of water, "bug" contamination is unlikely to recur
